Bijith. K. Ahmed - Chief Executive Officer

Bijith is co-founder and CEO of Aufait Technologies. Bijith's responsibilities include devising strategies for Aufait's growth and providing leadership and direction for business operations, market development and overseeing the marketing and customer relations functions of the company.

Prior to Aufait, Bijith worked with Multinationals like Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab and ITC Software. He has over 11 years of experience in IT industry which includes roles ranging from Technical architect to Quality control Specialist. He has worked extensively with customers across the Middle East, China and India. He received six sigma certification from Honeywell, and was trained by KPMG on CMMi, PCCM, Software Estimation, Usability Engineering etc. 

He received his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from College of engineering Trivandrum (University of Kerala) in 1997.

Serfraz Abdul Gafoor - Executive Vice President, Global Sales & Strategic Alliances

Serfraz has over 10 years of management experience in managing individual teams, departments, and entire company. Currently Serfraz looks after Aufait's global sales and is responsible for top-line growth and expanding the reach of Aufait into new markets. Also he is involved in identifying the companies which have strategic fit with Aufait's business to enter into a strategic partnership.

Prior to Aufait, Serfraz was working with Gulf Air and Jet Airways in different positions for 4 years. Serfraz completed his studies from Calicut University.

He is the secretary of Calicut IT Forum (CAFIT). He is also an active member of Calicut IT Initiative (CITI) www.calicutit.in , a task force to promote Calicut as an IT Destination. CITI is Professionals Citizen's initiative for developing IT & ITES industries in Calicut, Kerala which is acknowledged by NASSCOM (National Association of Software Companies) as the first initiative of this kind in the country.

Anvar T.K. - Executive Vice President, Marketing & Head of BPM Practice

Anvar has over 9 years of experience in the IT industry. He spearheads the marketing activities of Aufait and its sister concerns. He has additional responsibility of heading the Business Process Management (BPM) practice.
Prior to Aufait, Anvar headed Presales activities of India (West) at Skelta Software. He gained expertise in BPM arena while working with Skelta.

Anvar received his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (University of Kerala). He is an active member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and Calicut IT Forum (CAFIT)

Mohammed Rashid - Executive Vice President, Middle East Operations

At Aufait, Mr. Rashid is a key member of the senior management team and is responsible for the overall leadership, revenues and expenses, profit contribution, client and associate retention and operations of the Middle East region. He works closely with sales team of other regions and management team to facilitate the accomplishment of strategic goals and development of new products and procedures.

Prior to joining Aufait, He was associated with SAP, HP (Hewlett Packard) and Mistral Software in varying capacities for 9 years.   

Mohammed Rashid holds Masters Degree from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (University of Kerala).

Shamanth M Rao - Vice President, Sales & Marketing Greenlemon (Internet marketing business of Aufait)

Shamanth is responsible for positioning Greenlemon as a leading Internet Marketing company. Leveraging his experience from multinationals such as Capgemini-Kanbay and Yahoo, he devices strategies to increase the top-line growth.

He was an International Semifinalist - Google Online Marketing Challenge 2008. He has won many national quiz competitions conducted by BBC, India Today, Axis Bank etc. Maintained weekly column in Mint (Partner newspaper of Wall Street Journal in India)

He is an alumnus of IIT Madras and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

Dinesh Kumar P - Vice President, Marketing

Dinesh serves as Vice President, Marketing with responsibility of branding and marketing communications as well as public relations for Aufait. Drawing from his experience in multinationals including Accenture and TCS, Dinesh is working towards making Aufait a brand to reckon in its core focus areas.

Dinesh has vast knowledge in SAP enterprise systems and Mainframe Systems. He worked as a SAP Netweaver consultant in Accenture and gained exposure on Business Process Management. He got trained in ITIL framework during his stint at TCS.

Dinesh gained his Engineering degree from Coimbatore Institute of Technology (CIT) and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
